Company established

  • Founded on 11 May 1995 with initial capital of 7 million THB 
  • Began operations in a mini-factory on Suksawat Road, Samut Prakan 
  • Started producing cable management systems (Wireway, Cable Tray, Cable Ladder, Floor Trunking) under the “BSM” brand

Early expansion

  • Constructed the first company-owned factory (1997) on 3+rai in Samut Prakan 
  • Expanded product range to lighting fixtures, communication cabinets, electrical cabinets, and metal enclosures

Quality, Capacity & Facility Expansion

  • Achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification 
  • Expanded factory land (3+→6+rai) 
  • Added new factory, office space, warehouse & training center 
  • Added powder coating facility

Expansion & Transition to Public Company

  • Purchased 9+ rai of land for future factory expansion and warehouse development
  • Converted into a Public Company Limited (PLC) in May 2015, preparing for future listing on the MAI

IPO on MAI, part of the Stock Exchange of Thailand

  • Offered 100 million shares in IPO

Strategic Partnership with NITTO KOGYO (Japan)

  • Partnered with NITTO KOGYO to establish a joint venture company, Nitto Kogyo BM (Thailand), to expand our reach in the electrical cabinet and enclosure market.

Expansion into Rojana & new Free Zone land

  • Nitto Kogyo BM built a new 12-rai manufacturing plant in Rojana Industrial Estate 
  • BM purchased 25+ rai land to develop Free Zone for export 
  • Established BM Innotech Industry Co., Ltd. for machine R&D and engineering innovation

Free Zone Factory Opening

  • Launched operations at the new Free Zone Plant (Phase 1), significantly increasing export capability 
  • Expanded readiness for international customers with improved logistics and production flow

Expanding Operations

  • Building the new Free Zone Plant (Phase 2) to increase export capacity. 
  • Purchasing 8+ rai of new land for a factory to support domestic B2B business.
